I reached out last week needing a skip bin to dispose of some old furniture, cardboard boxes and miscellaneous household rubbish. Mark was very quick at getting back to me with a quote for a 6m3 bin for a competitive price. Having never ordered a skip before, the process was quite easy, delivered bright and early on the date I requested, and they agreed to take an old mattress at no extra cost - which was great for me! Again, as I've never had one before, I was scared my bin was a little full however, there were no issues, they picked it up on the requested pick up date and the team were great, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend BinsWest if you're looking for a skip in the Western Suburbs. ~ Kristina B

We recently needed a skip & Binswest were first on the list to call. There was no need to call anyone else, Mark assisted us greatly & was fantastic to deal with. The skip arrived on time & Marcus the driver, was also fantastic to deal with. He was polite, friendly & such a lovely, helpful young man. Marcus went out of his way to situate the skip in the best place possible for us to put the rubbish in, which I had no idea about. It was no bother to him & very much appreciated! A+ service. Same day delivery, reasonably priced, no issues extending the time I needed it, prompt pickup. 100% going through these guys everytime moving forward. So many make something as a skip bin drop off/pickup a nightmare, these guys were a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend this service enough. They were incredibly responsive. Competitively priced. Both people we met were polite and accomodating.
